We believe a wedding should be a relaxed journey, not a rushed afternoon. That’s why we offer an exclusive 2.5-day rental for $7,000, giving you the luxury of time to set up, celebrate, and soak in every moment without the pressure of a ticking clock. 

This flat rate includes all amenities, ensuring you have everything you need for a seamless event. Our "all-in" philosophy means no hidden fees—just a stunning canvas ready for your unique vision. As an all-outdoor venue, we provide everything you need to host a seamless celebration under the sun and stars, including:

• An outdoor kitchen.
• Built-in dance floor and bandstand.
• Outdoor lighting.
• Water and electricity.
• Clean, accessible portable restrooms.
• Trash cans and liners.
• White wedding arch.
• 10' x 10' canopy for the bridal party during the ceremony.
• Venue can accommodate up to 300 guests.
• Parking.

For added convenience, you may rent the house for you and your wedding party for an additional $300. This day-use rental (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM) offers a comfortable space to prepare and relax, though it does not include overnight accommodations.

• First Floor: Access to all common areas, a guest bedroom, and a bathroom.
• Second Floor: Access to the master suite with an en-suite bathroom, plus two additional guest rooms.
